This document provides an overview of the implementation of EU legislation on the restriction of the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment (EEE) by the 27 Member States. 

All EU countries implemented Directive 2002/95/EC on the restriction of the use of certain hazardous substances in EEE (also known as the RoHS Directive).

Use the table in the document to find out details on the Member States’ legislation including references to their national legislation and authorities.
